This six-week program is designed to equip you with tools and strategies to effectively advocate for ideas, navigate resistance and drive change. Each module provides tools for effective communication, persuasion, and reputation management. Prepare yourself to overcome challenges, establish yourself as an impactful leader, and drive transformational change in your organization.
In the program, you will work on a capstone project based on the hypothetical example of the GreenCities Initiative. You will take on the role of a change agent and apply the concepts and techniques taught in the program to develop a comprehensive advocacy campaign for the initiative. The entire exercise will allow you to gain confidence to lead and execute change campaigns in your organization.
